Dawn Richard – Jacuzzi
Dawn Richard is getting ready for her forthcoming album Second Line: An Electro Revival. She drops her second single, “Jacuzzi,” ahead of the album and it is produced by Ila Orbis. It came along with a new music Zebretta Johnson-directed video.
Previously, she released the album’s lead single, “Bussifame.”
“The visual is a celebration of body positivity, that feminity and sexuality can be in any body form,” Richard said in a statement (via Flaunt). “What a mother moves like will be different from a young woman with no kids in the prime of her 20s. Doesn’t make her less sexy. Stretch marks, curves, blemishes, and imperfections are seen throughout the simulation. We chose to leave those unedited to showcase the beauty in the everyday woman unfiltered.”
Jungle – Keep Moving
British songwriting and production duo, Jungle (Josh Lloyd and Tom McFarland), released their new single titled “Jungle.” It is the first single from the upcoming Loving in Stereo album.
“With this record we’ve learned to trust our instincts and go with our gut,” McFarland shared in a press statement. Lloyd added, “We want it to be more raw, open, fun, enjoyable, and entertaining because that’s what music is.”
“We had always been inspired by West Side Story and the idea of two groups working together and in opposition at times,” Lloyd, said in a statement. “We worked closely with two of the best up and coming choreographers in London, Nathaniel Williams and Cece Nama, who both have their own distinct styles. The fusing of these two styles created a whole new approach for us where style and movement could be fluid.”

All Time Low – Once in a Lifetime
Baltimore’s All Time Low is back with “Once in a Lifetime.” According to the band’s frontman Alex Gaskarth, ‘Once In A Lifetime’ is about “loss and dealing with loss, facing harsh realities and coming out the other side stronger for it.” Whew! This is some Pop Punk goodness co-produced by Zakk Cervini and Andrew Goldstein who also led production on All Time Low’s eighth album Wake Up, Sunshine released last April.
“We wrote this song in bleaker times, in a world still asleep at the wheel that left us all relearning how to navigate the uncertain roads ahead, but ultimately there is a hopeful undertone to the entire sentiment,” says Alex.

Johnny Orlando – I Don’t ft. DVBBS
Johnny Orlando drops his latest song, “I Don’t.” He teams up with multi-platinum Canadian production/DJ duo DVBBS (brothers Chris Chronicles and Alex Andre) for the new release.
“‘I Don’t’ (with DVBBS) is my first collaboration since ‘What If,’ and I haven’t been this excited to release a song in a while,” Orlando shared.
“I grew up listening to DVBBS, and finally being able to work with them has been an incredible experience. I’ve learned so much from these guys, and I hope this isn’t the last thing we do together. I think the pop-EDM crossover works really well on this track and that it’s a perfect way to kick off the warm weather!”]”
I’m vibing with this Pop-EDM crossover. Give it a listen and tell me what you think. Great job from everyone on this one.

Coventry’s JAY1 hits us with a chill banger called “Patiently.” His flow is dope and the presence is strong. If this is an intro, I want to hear the project.

Lil Nas X plays no games when it comes to music videos. He knows how to deliver an epic visual performance for his fans and he did it again on “MONTERO (Call Me By Your Name).” Roy Lenzo, Omer Fedi, and Take a Daytrip killed it on production.
