This is your weekly delivery of new tunes from around the world. From up-and-coming indie talent to well-known major acts, you’ll be kept up to date on quality tracks that you should be listening to.

Magdalena Bay – Hysterical Us

“Hysterical Us” is latest single from the (now released) Mercurial World album. They made the music video in New Orleans with the Milagros Collective. It’s light and whimsical with dreamy instrumentation all over.

Magdalena Bay said in a statement, “‘Hysterical Us’ is about “our anxieties, paranoias, and existential musings.”

Alewya – Play

Alewya is confident and having fun on “Play.” This single comes along with the announcement of her debut EP Panther In Mode.

Alewya says, “‘Play’ is a song about my love and gratitude for pleasure and play and how it has and can unlock deeper feelings of connections. It’s overtly feminine and innately primal and most of all light and fun!”

Bonobo – Rosewood

It’s hard to not clap a hand or tap a toe along to this one. Bonobo’s Rosewood” is a laidback dance track that manages to offer enough to get you dancing. Along with it, he announces the Fragments album.

Miraa May – Go Girl ft. RAYE

Miraa May and RAYE put girl power and unity on 1000 with “Go Girl.” The new single, which is accompanied by a Sheena Brobbey-directed video, is also the first release of Miraa May’s debut album.

Miraa says, “I’m so excited for my first release in a whole year! More crazy that it’s the first drop off my debut album, and to top that off I got to write it with the incredible RAYE, couldn’t have asked for more.”

Why Don’t We – Love Back

“We are so thankful to be able to release new music for our fans after they have been such an incredible support system for us throughout the past five years as a band. ‘Love Back’ is the start of our most authentic chapter yet, and we can’t wait for what’s next,” the group said in a statement.

WSTRN – Professional Love

British group, WSTRN, hits fans with their latest single titles “Professional Love.” Hailing from West London, WSTRN has a melting pot of influences in their music that I think gives them an appeal all over the world.

This new single sees Haile, Akelle and Louis Rei blessed with production from iO and PRGRSHN. Give this a play to enjoy the weekend and beyond.
